Shipping Costs
I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier. My paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Once you have updated your address in the checkout process, your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location.
If buying directly from my website, Shipping costs are added at checkout. For purchases made through an enquiry, delivery costs will be quoted before an invoice is issued. Guide to delivery costs as follows.
Italy
Unframed artwork - up to 20x30cm - €10
Medium unframed artwork - between 20x30cm and 40 x50 - €15

Europe
Unframed artwork - up to 40 x50 - €20
Large unframed artwork - Please contact me directly- info@irenestella.com.
UK
Unframed artwork - up to 40 x50 - €35

For international shipping outside the UE can be arranged. Please contact me directly- info@irenetella.com.
Please Note
Deliveries to some countries maybe subject to customs duties / import taxes which the buyer will need to pay in order to receive their goods. I have no control over these extra charges.
Framing
During the checkout, you can opt to have your painting framed. You will be asked to select which style of frame you would like as well as the colour. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your framed artwork so if you would like a customised frame outside of the options provided, please let me know. Please allow up to 4 weeks for framing. Your order will arrive with a hanging string across the back, ready to be hung. Please note, all of my paintings are hand-signed by me the artist, this is on the back of the canvas and not visible when framed.
Returns
I accept returns on all artworks EXCEPT those which are commissioned, made to order or personalised.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the item.
Please ensure that returned artworks are packed sufficiently (please reuse the original packaging if it’s still serviceable) and that you use a suitable signed for, tracked and insured delivery method.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received in its original condition a full refund, minus the original delivery costs to you, will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt.
Damaged or Lost in transit artworks
In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost in transit then a full refund will be given, or if possible the item will be replaced/repaired.
For damaged artworks - please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please also take photographs of any damage as evidence.
Refunds cannot be given for any loss or damage that occurs to your delivery if it was left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
For lost artworks - Once the shipping/delivery company have confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss a refund can be made.
All Artworks are insured against loss/damage whilst in transit.
